1. Dine at our restaurant in Farmingdale.
2. Submit your raffle entry.
3. Wait for the results by email.

Drawings are held on the first of the month and the person holding the winning ticket will be called by phone.

• By submitting your entry, you permit Bollinger's to contact you by email regarding the raffle.
• You must by 18 years of age or older
• You must dine in. Your check number from your meal serves as your entry.
• Only 1 entry per dine-in.
